The ART of EngagementTM |
The ART of EngagementTM workshop takes a unique approach to employee engagement by helping participants identify their unique talents, connecting their talents to their work and the contribution they are expected to make to their team and the larger organization. The following tools are used in conjunction with the workshop:
RoleCheckTM - This simple tool uses cutting-edge assessment technology to quickly identify an individual's current Stage of Contribution along the six points of the Stage 1 to Stage 3 continuum of contribution to the organization. RoleCheck is used in both The ART of EngagementTM and the Client Partner Skills workshops.
EngageTrak- This 11-item assessment evaluates the individual's status on key elements that define the degree of an individual's engagement in his or her work. The assessment tracks the progress of participants in The ART of EngagementTM workshop over a 6-month period through a baseline survey and two follow-up surveys administered at 3-month intervals.
Engagement Roadmap- This plan, completed by participants during the workshop, focuses on increasing the individual's level of engagement in the work and company. It identifies the participant's talents, how to develop those talents, how to apply them to the work, and ensure that they are relevant to the needs of the organization.
